We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in Swing Studio. Individual settings and data relating to Swing Studio are not personal and are stored only on your device.
Swing Studio will ask for permission to use your camera, but no videos or images will be transferred off device or shared unless you explicitly choose to do so. All image processing and resulting images and videos are stored locally and will be backed up with your device if you have backups enabled. You might also be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only to allow saving recorded video files to your photo library after you explicitly attempt to do so. Swing Studio cannot view anything already in your photo library.
The recommended accessories use affiliate links, which may result in affiliate income. These links use cookies to track conversions. Swing Studio’s parent company, Bits Of Cocoa LLC (we), will be able to see if a link is used and any subsequent purchases made by the user but have no way of identifying or linking that back to you. For example, we may see that five people clicked on the link on a given day and what, if anything, those five people ended up purchasing but will not know who those five people are. We will not use this information for any purpose other than calculating the affiliate revenue due. The Affiliate may retain more information than is shared with us, and the user should refer to their privacy policy for more information about what is collected and how it is used.
